Fear Files…Darr Ki Sacchi Tasvirein is an Indian thriller television series which started on June 30, 2012 on Zee TV.It airs every Saturday-Sunday 10:30 PM. It garnered high opening TRP of 3.8. It was firstly co-produced by Contiloe Entertainment and Dreamz Images. But recently the channel has changed the production house from Dreamz Images to Nitin Keni’s Essel Vision Productions. The show is highly popular in Dubai, Sharjah and Enfield in North London.

It is a show focused on the realm of the supernatural, paranormal and mysterious events that sometimes take place in our lives. Through the depiction of real occurrences in India, Zee TV enlightens viewers and elucidate that which has become hidden beneath the many layers of misunderstanding and fear associated with paranormal experiences.

Zee TV is all set to launch their new show based on paranormal activity. The promos are already out and have been airing on the channel at different times. Fear Files – Dar Ki Sachhi Tasveerein will be based on true stories. Whether or not the account is entirely nonfictional or bits and pieces of the reality would be altered to suit the show and its narrative style is yet to be ascertained. Fear Files – Dar Ki Sachhi Tasveerein is set to be aired on 30th June and it is being pitched as a biweekly show. Some well known names from the small screen and Bollywood have been reportedly roped in to host the show.
Jimmy Shergill, Kay Kay Menon, Mohnish Behl and Kavita Kaushik are some names that are doing the rounds. Vikram Bhatt is reportedly involved with the show. Whether he is just going to be an anchor or is involved in the creative conception of the paranormal show is still not entirely clear. With some star anchors and a premise that delves into the supernatural, Fear Files must be something to watch out for (Metro Masti).
