The actress has taken her case back, stating that she wants to save her marriage and does not wish for any monetary gains from her in-laws.
Bigg Boss fame Mandana Karimi made it to the headlines this month when she filed a domestic violence case against her husband Gaurav Gupta and In-laws. She was again in the news for not getting along with her to-be sister-in-law Smriti Khanna, who is engaged to Gaurav’s younger brother Gautam Gupta.
And now, the actress has taken her case back, stating that she wants to save her marriage and does not wish for any monetary gains from her in-laws.
In her withdrawal plea, as reported by a leading tabloid, Mandana has mentioned that her husband Gaurav has stated that if she wanted to have any dialogue, she would have to withdraw the proceedings.
However, Gaurav in his response, has denied asking Mandana to withdraw her case. He stated that he did not have any of Mandana’s personal belongings. Gaurav also mentioned that Mandana might have withdrawn her case because she did not wish to live in a rented flat provided by Gaurav. He also stated that if Mandana was interested in an amicable settlement, he would trust the court to pass a fair order.
While Gaurav seems to be a little okay with the way things are proceeding, Mandana’s brother-in-law Gautam made his displeasure over Mandana evident and did not hide his disdain for her.
However, to this Mandana responded that it was devastating for her that her husband, with whom she intended to spend her entire life with, would misinterpret her and stand against her instead of standing with her.
