Whisper Man still

August is a lighter month for Netflix, with a few familiar favorites and a handful of new series and films. Comedy show Tires (Aug. 13) returns for a third season along with Outer Banks (season 5 on Aug. 20). For reality TV lovers, there’s a new season of Love Is Blind: UK (Aug. 19) and Let’s Marry Harry (Aug. 5), a Bachelor-like competition show featuring Australian actor and reality star Harry Jowsey.

Robert DeNiro, Michelle Monaghan, Michael Keaton, and Adam Scott star in a new original crime thriller, The Whisper Man (Aug. 28), which is based on Alex North’s novel of the same name. Freefall: A Reckoning for Boeing (Aug. 19) is a documentary film investigating whistleblowing at Boeing. Netflix will also host Phillies vs. Twins in MLB Field of Dreams on Aug. 13.
