COLORS’ horror show Kaun Hai? is back with another spine chilling story based on paranormal activities. Its upcoming episode titled ‘Azaadi Ki Raat’ will be dedicated to Independence Day and will feature popular television actor, Sachin Shroff who will be seen as a jailor.
Azaadi Ki Raat will narrate the spooky tale of a ‘haunted Jail’ that has been shut since India’s independence. But, the higher authorities decide to open the jail and assign a new jailor (Sachin Shroff) to this branch. Upon his arrival, eerie things begin to haunt him and his family. As the story moves forward, the family realizes that the spirit is of the last British Jailor who was killed by the freedom fighters during an uprising and has come back to avenge his death.
Talking about his role Sachi Shroff said, “I am playing the role of an inspector who does not believe in paranormal activities until he experiences it. But in real life I do believe in paranormal activities. My experience working on Kaun hain was quite different than the rest of the shows because of its uniqueness. As an actor, exploring different genres is a must and I am glad that I have got I grabbed this opportunity.”
